Conditions that affect the structure and function of the fingers, hand and wrist -- including repetitive motion conditions, complex hand problems and follow-up treatment for traumatic injuries -- are treated at the Hand and Upper Extremity Center at Northwest Hospital. The center's specialized team includes orthopedic and plastic surgeons, occupational therapists and registered nurses who take a multidisciplinary approach to restoring or preserving hand function for daily living.
